You have 14 days to return your item for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Non-stock items ordered on customer request are non-returnable.
For returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error.
- The return is made after 14 days (subject to approval).
- Certain items incur a re-stocking fee (at management’s discretion). Items with a JAG product code are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank or credit card account. If still unresolved, contact your bank. For further assistance, email us at [email protected].
Sale Items Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including those with discounted prices or best-before dates (BB:).
Exchanges We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, email us with photos of the defect, damage, and packaging (internal and external) at [email protected]. We’ll get in touch.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a collection is arranged, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable service when returning items.
